Group Class Schedule – The Fitness Parlor
We offer a variety of group classes each week to help you stay active, motivated, and connected! All classes are not included with your membership unless otherwise noted. SilverSneakers, Refit Revolution Dance and Body Works are all Included for free with a membership. Class times may occasionally change, but we always do our best to keep this schedule updated.
